What to include

So that we can help quickly, tell us:

• what you wanted to do and what happened instead;
• whether you use Grocery Navigator in the browser or as the Android app, and on which device or browser;
• for a problem with an AI assistant: which assistant (for example ChatGPT or Claude) and what you asked it.

Never send us your password. We will never ask for it.
